Dear patrons, this month I was only able to do the page in black and white because I really had some important and urgent commitments which I cannot explain in detail at the moment.

But it wasn't wasted time, it was work! An opportunity happened to me, an occasion that happens only once a year in my country, and I prepared for this appointment with little time.

Every year in Italy there is the Bologna Children's Book Fair which is an international fair where you can meet publishers from all over the world, and within this fair there is also the Licensing Traid Fair Kids in which all the most important companies in the world participate with their characters, from Pokemon to Barbie, from Hello Kitty to My Little Pony etc.etc.

This fair was this month in Bologna, it's mega giant fair, it takes 4 days to be able to talk to everyone, to make appointments and prepare my material it took me a month, and therefore in February I prepared my portfolios for the reviews and my brochures (also in English), and my free samples, business cards etc. etc.

I also did interviews with the Chinese...in English...it was really very exhausting. I booked the train, the hotel, and I was really all alone on this trip.

Or rather... actually, during those days, I received a message from Kanbe, asking me how I was going (he's always very kind, like all of you), and I... thought I'd show him where I was at the moment, sending him videos on the spot, I showed him the fair and told him that I was worried because this thing had taken up my time at PBB and I was afraid of doing my patrons an... injustice.

But but he comforted and supported me and wished me good luck ( Kanbe, if you want you can confirm what I'm saying XD... was the fair so big?? LOL) and this fair was really important because, as you know, I don't earn enough with Patreon to live on and so I was looking for a job, and this fair is precisely the right occasion, it's not a fair where you buy stuff, it's a fair where people look for Job contracts. It's not for everyone, it's only for professionals. And I had a pass after applying, and being selected, to receive also a discounted membership to participate.

When I got home I started receiving emails, and sending my portfolios, but there is still a bit to do because before starting a new job, which I will obviously do together with PBB-Next, I have to talk to interested people and make agreements. I think you understand what I'm talking about.

Anyway I'm freer now and I started coloring the new page you see in this preview (it's finished) and recovering the other things I had paused (pinups, commissions...).

So, Kanbe can confirm that I didn't disappear because I took a vacation or won the lottery XD (not yet LOL!) but for "business" XD

And I hope you'll forgive me and cross your fingers for me wishing me good luck with what may come for me this year 2023. I need to know that you are not disappont but rooting for me for good news and supporting me to do a good job, I would be grateful.

I will not abandon PBB, of course, and when the first chapter is finished I definitely want to find a way to print it! I can't wait, this is my goal. I am always honest with you.
