She is Concetta, nicknamed Cettina, another older sister of William.
You will soon see his color version together with the new page.
I can't wait to post their bios but I can't do yet because they would be spoilers. Meanwhile, you can see that William's sisters are very graceful and love to be elegant and full of ornaments ... expecially on Sundays.
Also they are joyful and affectionate and Arancino is very lucky!

I have three older sisters, and they, too, were very joyful and affectionate. Although I always thought that they were annoying back then :P If you still need help with pre-reading the bios, I still volunteer.
