Beta1 for Beta supporters

Beta1 is now ready for you Beta supporters to test. Things are going good and while this cannot be considered a release candidate just yet, it isn't too far from it.
It might be not too obvious but a lot of things were done since the last alpha version. Improved scene loading, nearly full support for all of the VR platforms, overhauled controller handling, better performance, etc.
ATTENTION to GearVR users: Resigning using the SideloadVRInjecor no longer works with recent alphas and this beta. So please, if MMM doesn't start for you, message me with your deviceID or your osig file and I'll update the apk.
Known problems:
- Handling of changing left/right controllers can lead to problems.
- Daydream controller not available. Will return in next version.
- 2D and VR versions for desktop computers still seperate builds. I will soon combine those.
