SORRY! I completely forgot to update when I said I would... Here's the bra with the metallic detail added to the cups.

I also tried spray adhesive for the first time and made these ankle cuffs by gluing my fabric to the foam shapes;

Looks nice! :)

Figuring out the hip bands her pants are attached to was an interesting adventure and still isn't over, but here's where I have gotten with that;

Took some time, but I finally got the shapes figured out.

Then I cut out the 3D details on a second layer of foam and glued them together.

The shape will look something like this when worn.

And here they are with the fabric glued on! The shapes aren't as defined as I had hoped. They look fine here, but but when I curve them into the shape of the bands, it's not as clear. Oh well - now I know not to try any super intricate details in the future with this method!
