I truly am blessed by the cosplay gods...

I entered LevelOneChan's contest on Instagram for a chance to win props. I had always admired the mask and gun in the Etsy shop. I had almost forgotten about it because we had to wait for winners to be drawn once the account hit 10k followers...

Then I logged into Instagram one day and... SURPRISE! I was the third place winner! At first I didn't expect anything amazing, but I was allowed to pick a prop up to $100. What?! The gun was $50 and the mask was $40, so I opted to ask for the gun as it was most expensive. I casually added that I would buy the mask and whip handle as well... and LevelOneChan said I could have the whip for free and the mask for only $30 - with free shipping! I could not believe my luck.

I will need to sand and paint them myself, but we'll cross that bridge when we get there...
