I can see your bits

So much to talk about this week that I might even have to ignore some parts just to keep the post a readable length.

I moved on this week to working on more world exhibitionist events. Mostly about gaining the perk naturally by just walking around exposed.

 Hmmm, but in the pic she doesn't look exposed. That is because I added a system that can now see if nipples, ass or vag is exposed based on the transparency levels of the clothes. The game calculates a thickness of the clothes and determines how much can be seen.

In the case of the pic above, she has no bra and a sheer top. Normally fine, but her confidence is so low that she still feels uncomfortable.

Walking around exposed though does have its benefits. Do it enough and she will gradually come round to the idea. First not losing mood for being exposed, then gaining desire and eventually gaining the exhibitionist perk. Though the early mood hits might not make this a worthwhile path to take.

Moving on, I also wanted to add underwear bodysuits for ages. The exhibitionist update seems the perfect time to do that.

But it comes with it's own problems. I am totally out of space for buttons on the wardrobe to add a new clothing category, so had to make modifications to the wardrobe UI.

 Now bra/pants and gloves/socks are in a split button to save some UI space and allow for more categories.

You can also notice that the daily, party etc tabs are also split buttons. You can now set 2 sets for each outfit and Sammy will dress randomly into one of them when redressing. I did consider 4 buttons/slots but I am a little worried about having such small buttons. I have already had complaints from android users that the colours are hard to select. So will do a bit of testing and see.

And I am sure you can notice the new colour picker on the right. Finally I got round to adding something much more user friendly. In my current tests, having a more friendly UI makes me much more likely to mess around with and add new colours.

And while this bit of news is at the bottom, for me it is way more important than the rest. I have had common complaints about game slowdown/lag and have struggled to find why and fix it. Well that is no longer the case. I managed to track down what was causing it and ended up re-coding a bunch of the image/avatar systems. The game is now smooth like butter. The difference really is night and day from testing on my computer and reports from others.
