LISTEN - Listen to Coercive. Coercive is an intense brainwashing experience that does not allow any flexibility of motivation. You will be given no choice but to submit to me, in fact, all your choices will be taken away and you will welcome that. There are references to being drugged and mind controlled, and there is a strong amnesia component. If you are not in a position where you can devote all of your submission to me, then do not listen to this file. If you need to skip listening to Coercive, then listen to "Snappy Response" again instead.

FOCUS - As you listen, focus on today's task. Think about it in as much detail as you can for as long as you can, until you are unable to think at all.

TASK - When you are done listening, it's time to edge with dice! Roll as follows: d20 = # of edges, d6 = # of sessions, d4 = # of fingers (thumb is always allowed.) If your time is short, use a d10 for the # of edges. No fractions, just round up if necessary. Remember, absolutely no orgasms!

WORD - The first word that comes into your mind when you say my name out loud to yourself.

REPORT - Report the outcome of your d20 roll and the word you've chosen today on Bluesky and in #locktober-chat.

Always remember that participating in Locktober should enhance your life, not derail it. You have to serve yourself before you can serve someone else! So make good choices about how you fulfill the tasks that I set for you!
