Today's task is more mental prep for the month to come.

LISTEN - Search the Patreon for audios about Mantras, choose one to listen to, and listen to it naked and while kneeling. Kneel for as long as you can but don't hurt yourself! In fact, you'll find that if you reach a point where you need to stop kneeling you will find yourself doing that easily and automatically, without your attention to the file lapsing at all.

FOCUS - See how long you can think about how wonderful it will be to deny yourself orgasm during Locktober as you listen. If your thoughts fade away, as they most likely will, that is only to be expected.

TASK - When you are done, take a picture of something that represents how you feel.

WORD - Choose one word that is an action you intend to pursue while in chastity during Locktober.

REPORT - Post your picture to discord in #locktober-images-only.
Post your word and the title of which file you listened to in #locktober-chat.

The tasks will be getting more involved and/or complicated as the month goes on, but will follow the format that you see today; LISTEN, FOCUS, TASK, WORD, REPORT.

Always remember that participating in Locktober should enhance your life, not derail it. You have to serve yourself before you can serve someone else! So make good choices about how you fulfill the tasks that I set for you!
