HYPNOvember DAY 3

Over the past several months, you've had the opportunity to explore and develop your skills in areas like amnesia, depth of trance, self-programming, obedience, responsiveness, and agency. One thing that all of these areas have in common is that if you make an ally of your unconscious mind then your experiences will be even more effective - and in HYPNOvember you're going to let your unconscious mind take center stage. The entire spotlight, if you will.

For each day in November, set aside some time in which to drop into trance with the specific intention of letting your conscious mind take a step back while your unconscious mind responds to a daily prompt. The way your mind chooses to respond is up to you! Whatever happens, share it in the comments of the appropriate post here on Patreon, and if you want to, in the "#trance-experience-share" channel of my Discord server.

For DAY 3 - Set aside 15 minutes (this amount of time will get larger as the month progresses.)

The prompt for your unconscious mind is: Chant!

I didn't focus on any thoughts to begin today. There was more of a vague image in my mind. For a while I sat in stillness and silence before a chant came to me. The first one was a chant around the phrase "happy toys obey." After a while, that gave way to the mantra from Drumbeat - which I highly encourage others to listen to! Finally a chant came to my lips that didn't come from an outside source. My alarm went off before anything else could materialize, though I don't know if anything else would have replaced it. Chanting Lee's words felt good in a way that was different from the good feelings from my own. It felt good to have something of her design be all that I thought and all that I put out into the world. Whereas my own chant felt good because it gave voice to how happy I am to be a slave to Lee in a way that springs forth from the enduring submission - but not simply acceptance or obedience - to her that is such an important part of me.

What was amazing about this Day 3 post, was that I had just finished an experiment t with an "Om" mantra meditation. I have been meditating for a long time, but never tried this particular practice. I finished up, read the email, and there it was! Today's focus was "Mantra"! So, after my morning run, I had some alone time and took thirty minutes to rock and breathe and visualize energy moving through my body while chanting "Om" again. I just finished and can feel body and mind tingling with energy.
