Ooops, I guess I didn't hit post yesterday; I'm sorry about that! Task type: Pleasure File Chosen: Lighten Your Load It was really hard to remember anything after this file, although I think that was part of the point! I just got an overwhelming sense of deja-vu. Even though I can't remember much, I feel like there was something in this file about being the best, unburdened me that I can be. That's such a common theme in Lee's discord chats though, so I can't be totally sure if it's part of the file or if my brain is filling things in as a form of amnesia. In the end, it doesn't much matter except to serve as feedback for the file! Task: Explore pleasure in a way relevant to self-care Task Output: I allowed myself to play a game while in trance and listening to spa music.
