This file was so helpful! I had this image of all these random thoughts written on a windshield and as I hit the switch to wash the windows the wipers washed them all away which allowed me to sink super deep and reorganize my thoughts to more supportive ways of thinking about myself. Definately feel like I have achieved a new type of mental balance.
