Sparkling Clean Winter Recap - Week 13

Next week is the final week of Sparkling Clean Winter! And while it's true that our exclusive focus on brainwashing each week will be ending, it's also true that your brainwashing doesn't ever need to end (as I'm sure you're starting to realize as you think about everything you've heard and learned since the end of November.)

Spring officially arrives in March, the month that traditionally "comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb", and in honor of that transformation I'd like you all to spend the rest of the month thinking about how you've changed over the course of Sparkling Clean Winter. You don't need to share what you come up with me, but you can if you want to!

24 November 2023: “Go Blank” released for $100 Patrons - the introductory file for Sparkling Clean Winter, introduces the trigger “go blank”. This file adds spice to the Sparkling Clean Winter experience, but can be skipped without worry.

1 December 2023: “Octopus” and “Instant Sleep” released to everyone for the first of the month and to celebrate a five Friday month. These files help the listener gain an affinity for my style of hypnosis and put them in the right frame of mind for my brainwashing.

8 December 2023: “Remember to be Brainwashed” released for all pledged Patrons - alters the “go blank” trigger to “blank now” and reinforces it while also conditioning listeners to be happy and compliant about being brainwashed.

26 January 2024 -- "Snap Into Place" (released for Patrons pledging $100) -- It's time to realize that your unconscious mind is your best ally, and you can allow it to adjust the things I say into the best possible shape to be effective for you.

1 February 2024 -- "How Would You Like To Be Brainwashed Today?" (released free to everyone) - Do you want to be brainwashed today, or would you like to choose how you get brainwashed today? Either way, you'll get much better at being brainwashed!

2 February 2024 -- "Overwhelming Pleasure" (released for all pledged Patrons) - You don't need any thoughts other than they ones I've approved, and when all your thoughts are gone there will so much space left for pleasure!

9 February 2024 -- "Magic Trick" (released for Patrons pledging $10 or more) - Sometimes "brainwashing" and "self-care" are the same thing!

16 February 2024 -- "Tricking Yourself" (released for Patrons pledging $20 or more) - Let every breath you take obliterate any memories that your conscious mind has managed to hold onto about this experience, only remembering what you need to know when the time is right.

23 February 2024 -- "Lighten Your Load" (released for Patrons pledging $100) - Ultimately, my brainwashing is designed to make your life better, and even when you're not actively listening to my words your unconscious mind can still follow my directions.

1 March 2024 -- "Safe Spaces" (free for all) - Create a safe space within yourself with me.
