The wonderful thing about all this practice, is that you're learning things you can't or can do NOW, and perhaps, when you look back on tihs later in the year, you'll discover you can do things which seemed impossible earlier! ;)

I usually count with words, like saying "forty five" which has 3 syllables but by the time I think three syllables you have said 7 words maybe, because you talk fast and my brain is slow when I drop. Half way through I tried making a visual counter of the numbers that would go like an odometer but did not "hold it together amd the words swept away the numbers. I was trying It is hard to distract myself while losing count every doxen words or so. I need a better method or weeks of practice.
