Fey Folio (In Progress)
Added 2018-02-01 06:31:00 +0000 UTCOh boy, we been working up a sweat on this one! The Fey Folio is very much still baking, and this is one of the few times that we've been writing the book faster than I can put a PDF together for it (at one point, the Google Doc housing its draft exceeded 100 pages in length.) It's a ton of content, and I'm excited to get it out to you all.
But for now, here's a snapshot of where the book is at: two and a half(ish) chapters are fully together, and a lot of this is playable right away. You might notice that there are some obvious gaps where some spells and rules aren't in the book yet, but if you want to roll up a Boggart character, that should work just fine.
This has very much been a passion project for us, so please let us know what you think/feel about our glimpse into the Feywild so far.
Changelog:
- 2/1/17: [Typos]
- References to compelled duel removed

2018-02-02 17:24:51 +0000 UTCIt's deliberate. Originally, those three subraces were written as three separate base races, so when we decided to merge them into a common base, there wasn't enough overlap in their ASIs.

2018-02-02 08:23:41 +0000 UTCI was wondering if it was oversight or on purpose that the Fairy base race doesn't have an ability score improvement (I know the subraces do)

2018-02-02 00:59:40 +0000 UTCWhatever rules your DM usually uses, I guess. The variant crafting rules we wrote for Complete Craftsman are meant to apply to every class, if you choose to use them, but you could just stick to the DMG/XGtE rules if you prefer. There are no new/special rules just for the finesmith, as far as I'm aware.

2018-02-01 23:01:08 +0000 UTCSorry if this is an obvious question, but what rules for crafting magic items does the Finesmith use?

2018-02-01 22:32:33 +0000 UTCWe're trying to do that more consistently. it's one of the reasons we wanted to revisit Dark Matter next

2018-02-01 20:21:33 +0000 UTCI am completely flabbergasted! Wow! Impressed with the art, the quality of the production, but more importantly I am giddy with the amount of detail and breadth of content! This is fantastic! I look forward to leading my players (unknown to them) into the feywild and unleash a few wandering Bogles and their Unluck upon them!

2018-02-01 11:36:58 +0000 UTCThere's going to be a section for tiny weapons in the final version
Mage Hand Press
2018-02-01 09:43:00 +0000 UTCis there a rule for tiny weaponss for wip as the tinys currently have no weapons? as the only ones listed are tiny longsword and shortbow but im assuming damage and possibly range will have changed for the tiny version
