Running Mate

Set several years in the past, Running Mate is the story of how Jan met his first… girlfriend? Well, I’m not sure exactly what to call their relationship yet. Perhaps it’ll develop more as I write more stories from this time period but I’m sure many people have experienced some form of relationship where the boundaries and labels just never got put out there. When does a casual fling turn into something more serious anyway?

On a side note I’d like to also talk about some more stories that I want to write before 2022 ends, now that we’ve already passed the halfway mark in the year. I have a short comic with some new OCs I want to have done up next for the next few weeks of August, stay tuned for that one because I’m excited about it. In October I want to do another fun spooky themed horror comic similar to last year’s just not a zombie comic. I’m floating a few ideas that’ll make that one really fun. I think I want to end the year on a surprise character feature, but don’t want to spoil it yet (teehee).

Other than that the remaining months are currently up in the air so as always let me know what you want to see! And as usual huge thanks to all you patrons for the support so I can continue to draw these comics on a semi-regular basis. I know 2022 has overall been kind of shaky at times but I really love the feedback I get and I love drawing these so it’s hard not to feel blessed by you all in some way. Thanks again!
