Re: flexibility trainings- my Movement Time sessions are 100% geared towards stabilizing and building the muscles required for back and leg flexibility. The yoga wheel I use more for my upper back, shoulders and pecs. Lower back of course benefits but working on my glutes and core/pelvic stability and doing hip openers is what really helps open that area. Luckily the same areas contribute to splits training, so if you’re working on one you’ll be helping the other 😊 I don’t do cardio, really, but in my Movement Time recordings you’ll see the first 20 minutes or so is a faster pace. I’ve got a workout on here from back in the spring that is similar to movement time but a bit more up tempo. As far as my diet goes, I have IBS and am very intolerant of fructose/fructans, and other fodmaps. So the majority of my food that I can eat without upsetting my stomach is salad, fish, and rice, once in a while kabocha squash. Sometimes lactose free cheese as a treat lol. I had a really bad health crash in 2019 and as a result I can’t even really eat three meals a day, because my digestion is pretty slow. So I at most eat two meals a day, and am mindful of my portion sizes and also of my stress level. If I’m stressed or sad I know I won’t be able to digest food properly so I tend to drink green juice I make, or bone broth if I’m really feeling like I need a reset. And multiple hot lemon waters a day. So yeah, I can’t really say it’s a diet per say as it is many restrictions. If I could eat all the carbs, trust me I would! 😂
