You feel silly about having a Nightmare after going to a fun Halloween festival, but sometimes these things are outside of your control.

I know I've done a nightmare comfort with Muriel before but he's just so good at providing comfort! just snuggling into that big chest of his and forgetting all your problems! I also wanted to create a shorter form nightmare comfort audio that pretty quickly gets to the comfort part if that makes sense. Cause sometimes when you wake up and your heart is a'pounding you want the comfort immediately, and don't want a build up. I hope you all enjoy!

You don't have to be nervous or scared to talk about it with me........

Or if it's too much you don't have to talk about it with me at all......we can simply go back to sleep......

Things that our minds make up while we're asleep can hardly be categorized as logical or sensible.........

Things that seem innocuous at the time can be twisted into frightening visages for no reason.........
