I thought that a nice wake up message would be a fun thing to do, and since we haven't heard from Sebastian in a while, I thought he would be the perfect person for it. How're you feeling?

*hums* How about a big stretch? Raise your arms above your head and just let all that tension drop out of you as you relax again.......

Yeah....that's nice, isn't it?

And you can let out a nice big yawn if you need to......I know sometimes that helps me kinda of clear out the cobwebs.......

*pause*

Well......I haven't been awake for too long.....but I've got a pot of coffee on......and I've started making breakfast so that'll be ready soon........

I know you happen to have a propensity for forgetting to eat when you wake up.....but having some protein will help with your focus and everything.......that way you'll hopefully escape the midday brain fog........

And it's no trouble at all, by the way.....I....I like doing this for you......being able to gently wake you up instead of subjecting you to that alarm clock? Making breakfast for you and also getting to see just how damn cute you look when you're all sleep warm and comfortable? It's worth it....every single time.....

I know you think it's a little silly......but I just want to remind you that I love you.....and that I believe in you......no matter how your day ends up going.......
