my my, you are a bold one. a long time ago someone said, "all virtue is contained in courage." --- takes whole lot of courage to speak the truth and in a manner which might be edifying to folk. I raised my hands in the air at 8:30. and again later but had my eyes closed was just listening. ... I am going to implement your make the bed and get in the shower routine. 4 years ago, an engagement was broke and I am only this summer, in a place where the weight of it is lifted. I would speak to you my favorite (one of my favorite) poems, "the prophet" by Kahlil Gibran. read the 1st chapter on love. then the chapter on beauty. ... it is good to cry. tears anoint the soul. continue to hold your beautiful head + handle your business. much respect + admiration + thanks. I love your content, it is like taking a trip to the national gallery of art, or the art institute of Chicago, or the Detroit institute of art.. you get my point. it is your courageous spirit, I think, in every video, not just a life update video but every video which makes your asmr medicine, like art is medicine. someone said, "art heals wounds inflicted by reason." ... we all have been wounded some way or another and the notion of healing is oh so part of the human condition that, the joy and pain, can only be distinguished in place beyond words... and reaching the place of nonverbal confession, the desire to distinguish these two aspects of our "journeying".... almost disappears and the what we find is, as you say, ourselves in new seasons and new gardens.
