Thinking of trying something new
Added 2024-07-06 18:48:25 +0000 UTCI've been thinking a lot about this and given that I was always a fan of the fantasy genre, I would like to try to create something completely new. I am talking about a complex, fully-fledged novel with a couple dozen chapters featuring several hundreds of pages. To give you guys an idea, the inspiration for this new epic saga would be:
Warhammer 40k - large battles featuring diverse factions with their own key features
Game of Thrones - political intrigue and power plays, real consequences
Warcraft - accessible yet complex storytelling with epic characters
These are just a few, of course, as I would surely incorporate many others in some way. It must be said that this project would involve a completely new Patreon page with different rules. It must also be said that the NSFW nature of this novel would be violence and gore rather than sexual content. Sexual content will surely be featured in some ways, but it will not be the main focus. I would also like to create a codex for various things in the world, like characters, places, factions, items, and so on. Given the complexity and sheer size of the world, it would probably be necessary.
Of course, there are more things to be discussed on this matter, but with what you've been given so far, I would like to ask your thoughts on this. Do you like the idea? Would you like to read a chapter a month of such a novel? Let me know!

I did not fill the poll as I am somewhat torn: in essence I like the idea a lot, but any chance of mixing the violence and gore with NSFW/sexy stuff?
