日本ではＧＷが始まりましたが、皆様いかがお過ごしでしょうか？

どこかへご旅行中の方もいらっしゃるかもしれませんね。

もちろんお仕事のかたも大勢いらっしゃることでしょう。

それぞれ皆さん、よい日々をお過ごしくださいね。

さて、今日はあまり楽しくないお話をさせていただきます。

楽しくないお話とはいえ、できましたら目を通していただけたら幸いです。

僕の支援サイトの内容が違法サイトに無断転載されていることがわかりました。

ある方からの情報でした。

とても悲しいことですが、僕の支援者様の中に違法サイトへの転載を幇助した方がいることになります。

自分がお金を払って見ているものを、無断で他人がタダで見れるように違法転載することにいったい何のメリットがあるのかわかりませんが…いやマジでそのモチベーションなんなの？

削除申請などの手段はあることになっていますが、もちろん悪意をもってやっているサイトですから、どれだけ労力かけてもお金をかけても真っ当な対応は望み薄のようです。違法サイトとの闘いを頑張ったクリエイターさんもいらっしゃるようですが、海外サイト相手でとても戦いにくいこともあり、ほとんど期待した成果は得られていないそうです。一時的に削除させられても、すぐにまたアップロードし直されてしまうため永遠に終わらない戦いになり創作活動どころではなくなります。まあ、それも悪人たちの戦略なのでしょうね。

本当に頭を抱えます。

僕のイラストを楽しみに毎月有料で楽しんでくださる方がいらっしゃいます。

僕が支援サイトを続けられるのは、僕を応援してくれ、僕の作品を見たいと思ってくれて、僕の作品にお金を使う価値を認めてくれる皆様がいるからなのです。

中には神の寿司プランで応援してくださる方までいらっしゃいます。

皆様のその厚意が僕の何よりの原動力です！

しかし、その一方でそんな皆様の厚意を悪用して違法サイトで盗み見る輩がいるのです（怒

本気で腹立たしいです。

なにか対応策を考えないといけません。

このままでは皆様に申し訳が立ちませんし。

いくつか案を考えています。

①値上げ

どうやら、月額500円が無断転載の閾値になっているそうです。

これ以上高額になるとためらうとか。人のものを盗んでおいて自分のお金はケチるとかホント笑わせますよね。

しかしこれでは皆様の負担が大きくなるし、その割に効果も未知数です。

②ダウンロード化

支援サイトに直接イラストを載せるのをやめ、パスワードをかけてダウンロードする方法にする。

パスワードは毎月ごとに変更し、支援月の作品のみ閲覧可能にする。

③当月のみ閲覧可能にし、それ以前の作品は非公開にする。

それ以前の作品はBoothやGumroadなどで販売する。Fantiaにはその機能がありますね。

④FANBOXをやめてFantiaとPatreonのみにする。実はこれが一番楽ではあります。

想像するに、悪人は何か月かおきに加入し、まとめて作品を盗んだら解約するという動きを繰り返していると思います。ならば、せめて加入月分の作品しか盗めないようにタガを嵌めるのが現実的かな。

そうなると②か③が有効かも。

しかし、例えば②をやるとしても、ひょっとしたらPixivやXで見た過去作品で大黒天を知って差分が見たくて加入した方なのかもしれません。それなのに過去作品のパスワードは入手できないのか？

しかしそうは言っても簡単に入手できては悪人でも簡単に入手できることになります。

うーん、どうすべきか。

どの方法をとっても課題があると思いますし、ご支援者様の負担も増えます。もっとよく考えないといけませんね。

今はまだ考え中です。これ以外のアイデアが出てくるかもしれません。出て来ないかもしれません(；_；)

大変お手数なのですが、上記4つのうち現時点で皆様の考えに近いものを教えてください。

Today, I would like to talk about something not so pleasant.

Although it is not a pleasant story, I hope you will read through it if you can.

I found out that the contents of my support site have been reprinted on an illegal site without permission.

This information came from one of my fans.

It is very sad, but it means that one of my supporters aided and abetted the reprinting to illegal sites.

I don't know what the benefit is of illegally reprinting what you are paying to see so that others can see it for free without your permission... No, seriously, what is the motivation?

There are supposed to be means available, such as requesting removal, but of course the site is doing this with malicious intent, so no matter how much effort or money is spent, there seems to be little hope for a straight response. There are some creators who have tried their best to fight against illegal sites, but they have hardly achieved the expected results, partly because it is very difficult to fight against foreign sites. Even if they are forced to temporarily delete their works, they are immediately re-uploaded, making it a never-ending battle and making it impossible for them to do any creative work. Well, I guess that is also the strategy of the bad guys.

It is really mind-boggling.

There are people who enjoy my illustrations every month for a fee.

I am able to continue my support site because of all of you who support me, want to see my work, and recognize the value of spending money on my work.

Some of you even support me with the God's Sushi Plan.

Your generosity is my greatest driving force!

But on the other hand, there are people who abuse your generosity and steal from you on illegal websites.

I am really angry.

I have to think of some way to deal with this.

I would be sorry if I left it as it is.

I have some ideas.

1) Price increase

Apparently, 500 yen per month is the threshold for unauthorized reproduction.

If the price goes higher, they hesitate. It is laughable to steal other people's stuff and be stingy with your own money, isn't it?

However, this is a big burden for you, and the effect is unknown.

(2) Downloading

Stop putting illustrations directly on the support site and use a method of downloading them with a password.

The password will be changed every month, and only the works in the month of support will be viewable.

(3) Only the works from the current month will be available for viewing, and those before that month will be closed to the public. And sell the works before the current month on Booth or Gumroad.

Fantia has this function.

(4) Stop using Fanbox and use only Fantia and Patreon.

I imagine that the bad guys are repeatedly subscribing every few months, and then cancelling the subscription after they have stolen a batch of works. Then, it would be realistic to at least make it so that they can only steal works for the month of subscription.

Then, either (2) or (3) might be effective.

However, even if I do (2) for example, it may be that the person subscribed to the service because he/she wanted to see the difference after having seen Daikokuten's past works on Pixiv or X. And yet they can't get the passwords for past works?

But even so, if it is easy to obtain, even a bad person can easily obtain it.

Hmmm, what should I do?

I think there are challenges no matter which method I use, and it will increase the burden on our supporters. I need to think about it more carefully.

I am still thinking about it now. I may come up with other ideas besides this one.
