This is the third episode written of Vampi. It’s likely going to be the second released in podast form.

Most Vampi episodes feature a character who is – in some way – maladjusted or in psychic pain. This pain is exploited by vampires posing as therapists. If they are vampires.

Violet suffers from anxiety and a sense of impending doom. This might be maladaptive or it might just be absolutely correct.

I think this script reaches a podcast-ready peak in a few ways.

It’s hot. It’s utterly surreal – but with slow enough burn that I think people outside any fetish niche understand both the narrative and the hotness.

It achieves that by bringing some of the techniques of magical realism into Spicyworld. Hopefully, this reaches a replicable formula that can keep this train rolling for audiences both seasoned and new.

My goal throughout this project is to appeal in such a way that you could show this material to people well outside the fandom. They’d surely be very weirded out – but they’d get how it’s hot without the need for some sort of lecture.

I’ve always aspired to “Horny Twin Peaks.” I think we’re flipping close.
