0.12 Early Access Release

0.12 Is now complete and ready to play!
The update contains an additional 31,000 words, 2250 renders, and 44 videos, covering days 27 (Thursday) and 28 (Friday). This one mostly focuses on character progression with the love interests, and has some really great scenes!
Beyond that, the update contains a few minor tweaks and improvements, including the new day/month system I mentioned in a dev log a while ago. Basically, what was Day 1 before, is now September 1st now, and then it begins counting from there. As part of this change, I've also added the ability to hide the date/time display at the top of the screen if you want.
The save problem:
I have good news and bad news about saves: The bad news is that saves from 0.11 will probably be broken again. The initial implementation of the new UI was the problem, so unfortunately I can;t fix it retroactively. The good news is that the problem should now be fixed, so hopefully this is the last you hear of it!
To get to the new content, just start a new game and select the option to "Start at the latest update (Day 27)" - that way even without a save, you shouldn't have to replay anything you don't want to.
Patch:
This update will be available as a patch for the first time on PC, so that you don't have to download the full 8GB game again if you don't want. It should be fairly obvious how to apply it, but I've included instructions just in case. It's been thoroughly tested, and nobody has had any issues with it so far, so I think it should work great. Just make sure you only apply it to version 0.11 or 0.11.1 - applying it to older version of the game will make a mess!
Android:
This will be the first time many of you on android have seen the new UI, but rest assured, it should all work great now! One minor change I've had to make to manage the ballooning file size: The replay gallery for Part 2 is no longer going to contain the scenes from Part 1. Unfortunately this is necessary, as otherwise the Android version would eventually contain more old replay files than new content in order to fit in a 2GB apk.

This is by FAR one of the Better Story Line VNs I have ever Played, and I play a LOT! Every Single Character is interesting! Even the not so Nice ones! I'm kinda hoping Rachel completely loses it and begs the MC's forgiveness as I Love a good Redemption Arc!

2025-06-19 22:12:42 +0000 UTCI finally got around to playing this update. Love it :) My favorite arc was Cathrine's. A close second was Sarah's. I am also glad that at least Akatsuki has one normal and reliable parent in her mother. All the others are either dead or not realy suitable. Though in Lily's and Regi's case thats more because they are bad at parenting instead of beeing bad parents if that makes sense. Heck getting Regi back on his feet would be a lever in driving him and Hammilton apart. Get him to quit alcohol, sell the house he still ownes to get some cash and stop hiding that he lost a lot of money, get a job and convince him that his wife is poisen. Hammilton would lose the leverage he has.

This is one of those weird situations where I actually end up playing a porn game for the story. Don't get me wrong, the lewd stuff is top tier as well, but the story is so far above everything else on the market.

Cosy has drawn some sharp characters - all the girls each have a distinct personality and character traits, some very nuanced. Lucy is very much the 'mom' of the group for example. I love the sparring between Victoria & Sarah as well - they crack me up. (Not to mention Vicky's wicked sense of humor - she can always be counted on to provide the perfect comment in any situation.) And it was particularly moving when Catherine let MC in and we got to see a whole other side of her and her life. I didn't feel much toward her character one way or the other before, but now I can see why she is the way she is. I feel a lot more sympathetic towards her now, she might become my favorite! Hannah remains somewhat aloof, although as the story continues it is clear that she wants more and more to ditch the 'tossers' and be part of the Cafe group. I really like Hannah and would like to know more about her, so I hope that story line gets a treatment similar in scope like Cat's did this release. And Sarah's photo session? Wow! Who would've thought the little sprite could have ever pulled off sexy like that? Great job all around.

Well, you still have a few Updates to reveal the shocking news that Alison and Elizabeth are virgins as well. I don't get that fetish. But it is probably for the best. That way the girls don't realize what an inexperienced lover the MC is. 😊 But leaving the obvious aside, this is by far your best update. Your camera and scene settings are absolutely amazing. Your writing has improved greatly over the last few updates. You really manage to convey the emotions and differences between characters. But I think you missed a great chance. Sarahs parents told her to get in line behind Cat. But they didn’t tell her you spent the night with Cat. That would have been a fun scenario. First the clash with her mother and then Sarah going completely nuts on you in fear of actually being replaced by Cat. The whole scene at the Bennetts home was amazing. I love Ivy and Ella. You made them perfectly different. Although what kind of mothers abandon their children (Cat included) like that? I’m a bit sad that you basically killed Regi of. By making him a lifelong alcoholic he is unredeemable. Only letting him drink too much at the moment because of the situation might have left options and speculations open. Now it is clear that you must bring back Cat’s brother as the last male in the Bennett family. Stepping up, saving Ivy and Ella, becoming the Bennett family head and joining your side. So basicly you gave away the whole story arc for the Bennett family.

Highly unlikely but there might be one or two break ups but due to the atmosphere CC is going for I doubt break up would happen, they could but I doubt it. I want the last girl to be White Hair or Elizabeth (Sibling of Brian) I hope that's her name

I know I'm repeating myself a lot, but thank you so much Cosy, the story you're making is a beautiful one and deserves more and more recognition. ...While I'm here, let me go on a tangent real quick. I feel like detailed sexual representation in stories has been viewed as a negative thing, taking away from them and completely disregarded by most... when in reality, it can be an incredible tool for character and relationship writing if used properly. Of course, this here story is the perfect good example: the characters showcase SO. MUCH. of how they view their relationship with the MC based on the sexual interactions we've seen since the beginning. I'd even go as far as to say that going around and *taking away* a sexual scene in a story where that would be a natural development is a clear negative, and forces more redundant development that could have been avoided with natural sexual exchanges. Cosy knows how to make a sexual scene hit all the more by making them fit as an integral part of the relationship... a very natural development and a magnificent display of Cosy's writing. Aight, I think I've yapped enough, thank you for coming to my TED talk.

Night with Sarah didn't exactly go as I thought it would, but I am not complaining, either. Very nice work. the writing, and the facial expressions continue to be simply the best. The only problem is that I have now completed what is available for the 8th? 9th? time and now have to wait until doomsday for another great update. Great Job Cozy, Thanks for all you do. Other stories with great writing have moments that really suck you in, but this game is a vortex that immerses you the entire time. Stopping feels like waking from a dream. It takes reality a few moments to reassert itself. It's so rare to find fiction that can do that.

And especially more in love with Sarah, as her albeit unofficial #1 fan. Also, the added depth with Catherine just made me have a real soft spot for her, the whole evening/night with her was heartbreaking to read, really well written. The lunch spent with Rachel was also really well written, and I love how it ended. She got what she deserved. Overall, ∞/10 for you, Cosy.

Patch for the new wersion worked perfectly, tested on win 10. I'm also big fan of fishnets so costumes was made as if i payed for them;D. Thank You wery much, for all Your hard work. And the new UI is really good too, if i may suggest little improvement, then textbox transparency setting would be great. But that is tiniest thing. Story wise My special part was in this patch the Catherine family story which is warming my hearth (looks like both Catherine and MC arrive from problematical background). I also get it as unexpected/surprise as MC stay due rain. Still warming up my hearth when Catherine sisters invited to the Cafe. I just hope so you have better/good ending for Reginald Bennett later. Great to read the progress of Hannah, Catherine and also Sarah in the new story line. Rachel still unlikeable for me totally, hard to see how could be obey/join the other main charaters (like/live MC). Big question still open who will be the new waitress? Mentioned many times in earlier patches since Lucy promoted but still open topic. If I guess it now maybe Elisabeth or Rachel from main characters. Goth clothes and make up looks very nice totally different than any cosplay in the story before (may be because of the makeups). That was strange for me to see Akatsuki in goth makeup should be because she is already dark themed normally (her hair and most of the clothes etc). Small bug still in the end (I patches 0.11->0.12) "Thank you for reading" and Supporter page in infinite loop (Unable go back to main menu). About 3D rendering Sarah photoshoot make extra hard job for you (lot of 3d rendering with less text). I did not checked render count but looks like this patch created the most rendering job for you (least how I feel it when see). Catherine with the Personal Princes text so hot. Sarah clothes under photoshoot really hot (the ninja also and the net). Also the new hair makes totally different her as we seen before. I just found one small disturbing rendering "bug" the picture before Sarah said "After many more photos, Sarah finally declares that you've got enough." (she has two knife open hands front of MC) looks like the leg is flooting in the air (or maybe have issue with the depth of field I unable determine standing on the backside white paper wall or on the floor). I still like the the lights turn on by MC as enter rooms like makes the VN more life realistic. More different type of foods visible now which make better (I know hard to make it). But you choose food related story :) I also realized when they sitting at tables have more wider animations/poses which is makes much nice them (those more picture when changing poses makes more nicer). Meanwhile I absolute against (not normal for me) the student vs. teacher relationship (and the public groping too) I have to commit Miskai body/clothes looks soo hot. Go go Cozy keep going still lot of story to tell and show us.
