Sometimes I feel guilty allowing myself to take breaks from projects, from workouts, from audios, from about anything. I always feel like I have to keep pushing myself nonstop to get where i want to be, and if i take a break, i might as well give up. This is not true, we are all deserving of a break to relax and collect ourselves again. Please take time in loving yourself and caring for your body, you'll get even more accomplished done if you do. <3
