AUGUST GOAL STATS / REWARD REMINDER + IMPORTANT UPDATE

Happy August everyone!

This is your monthly reminder to all reward-tier Patrons to send in your requests!

For new Patrons, please be aware that requests must be sent in before the 20th each month. 

Be sure to refer to the Art Reward T&C, as well as the FAQ if you have any questions. Any inquiries beyond that, email them to godbirdart@gmail.com! Please do not DM me on Telegram or Twitter or any other social media. DMs get bumped down, deleted, and it's just generally not a professional means of communicating. My Patreon DMs do not always inform me I have a new message, so PLEASE, please email! My inbox is specifically for Patreon and Commissions so that your message won't get lost!

>>> CRITICAL UPDATE

For the past couple months I've been looking closely at the workloads between my Patreon and Commission work and have been trying to find a healthy balance between them. I've been approached by friends and family concerned for my mental health regarding the volume of work I take on monthly. While I don't personally feel it's taxing, it's undoubtedly wearing on me in the long term.

Effective August 30, all reward tiers ABOVE the $15 tier will be retired. I will be deleting those tiers, and will no longer issue rewards for them. That does mean that this will be the final month I will be offering sketch and chibi rewards.

In place of those removed tiers, I will be adding slots onto the $15 tier for all Patrons that would like to continue receiving a monthly sticker reward, as well as extra slots for new Patrons.

I want to take a moment to thank all my Patrons that have supported me over the last year!! I'm sorry to retire these higher tiers but at the recommendation of friends and family alike, I need to take better care of my mental health. Higher tiers may reappear in the future, though it may not be for a long while.

My Patreon will be receiving a cosmetic overhaul over the course of the month, and the Goal Bonuses will also be readjusted to fit the new limited tiers.

Patrons will manually have to adjust their pledge August 30 or 31. Patreon will continue to bill you for your current pledge amount, even if your tier no longer exists. To avoid getting overcharged, please switch your pledge on these days. Patrons that end up being overcharged are encouraged to contact me for refund within the first week of September. Please note: you will have to register for the tier specifically when more slots become available for it. Changing your pledge amount does not automatically change your tier.

Patrons will have a one week grace period to switch their tier if they miss out on switching during the change. If all slots are filled before the Patron can switch their tier, then they may contact me within the first week to see about having a slot added for them. I will stop offering additional slots September 7.

>>> AUGUST GOAL BONUSES

Here are the fulfilled goal bonuses for this month! If you're unsure where this is being tracked, it's in the My Membership tab when viewing my Patreon. Patreon staff recently moved it around.

GOAL ONE: FULFILLED

•  $10 tier will become a monthly Telegram Sticker tier
• All other art reward tiers will get the option to choose their usual reward OR Telegram Sticker(s). 

GOAL TWO: FULFILLED

•  Additional monthly telegram sticker rewards added to all $30+ reward tiers [art reward AND stickers instead of either/or]  
• Monthly adoptable bases 

GOAL THREE: FULFILLED

• Monthly adoptable batches, claimable by Patrons! * these adoptables will be claimable by any $15+ tier Patron [one adoptable per patron per monthly batch] for no additional charge to the patron. these will be first-come first-serve. unclaimed adoptables will be sold publicly after the month rollover. batches will have up to three designs. 

GOAL FOUR: FULFILLED

• one-time pin+sticker reward for all reward tier patrons! 

I lament to say, but we're still delayed with these pins. I'm not pleased about it either, but unfortunately you just cannot rush production. At this point I'm heavily considering reordering through a different company as that will likely be faster.

GOAL FIVE: NOT YET FULFILLED

• adoptables and adoptable bases become available to the tip jar tier. 

While this reward was fulfilled and unlocked over the month of July, we did not make it this month sadly! The Tip Jar tier will not have access to these rewards this month.
