Hey all! Welcome back to another sneak peek and showcase of this month's community chosen release - based on cherry blossom festivals!

I usually like to say a bit about the creative process - but this release has admittedly been sorta weird. The past two weeks have been INSANE at work, and by the time the evenings (when I usually mapmake) are reached I've not really felt creative. However, I have done some pretty different things this month to get through it. :D

Main map (above) - cherry blossom celebrations, pictured above! This is the one I admittedly struggled with the most! I had no idea on how to lay it out or how to start. Coincidentally, I had been levelling up a character in World of Warcraft and went back to the Dragonflight expansion, forgetting how AMAZING everything looked. Anyways, while flying around I found some beautiful scenes! And the layout of the main city inspired the layout of this map.

Zen Garden (still a WIP) - This map was also kind of weird to sketch out, but for this I shut my eyes, to imagine a zen garden, although moreso in the case of a forest path. Here's that sketch!
