Trying new things and general info

Drawing feet is hard.

Hi! I don't want to waste your time talking about how mine is wasted, so let's talk about the image in question!

Until now I've been drawing all the portraits and scenes with carefully done thick and consistent lines; that's good to make the shapes and details don't get lost when compressing the images to fit the game resolution, but at the same time these kind of lines lack dynamism, and worse than that, they took really long to do.

So I tried doing something more stylish, messy, dynamic maybe; honestly I'm not so sure about how to classify this... we can say it's more of my style; it's not like the other arts I've been doing before aren't my style, but they more like... me choosing to limiting myself trying to make it fit into the medium I'm using, idk.

Anyway, the first image is like how it's looks in my own canvas size, and the second one is how it would look in game (unless Patreon does something weird with the compression); in both cases there's only shadows, without highlights or in-betweens, so they obviously look plainer than finished pieces.

I would say that even thou it does looks a little more messier, it does look good, even enjoyable if say so myself, but I want to read your opinions.

In other news, I saw that the last update got uploaded in f95; I honestly had nothing to do with it, maybe the admins got tired of waiting for me to get someone and they decided to do it themselves, maybe another user saw the game not updated there and decided to it themselves, maybe one of you made it without telling me, either way, I'm ok with it.

Inside the game itself I haven't put any kind of credits or sign of any kind, mostly because I do not own the IP, and I want to avoid any kind of ownership problems.

But, either way, If any of you want to share the game in any site I'm ok with it (if you can give me any kind of mention it would be better), but try to avoid sites where the great N may have a bigger presence.

Also follow my Twitter! I never use it, but, you know.

Think the first image looks absolutely fine - and if it is easier to do for you, that's a great added bonus.
