This hat is infused with the essence of Shoshonata, a wild magic fox from the northern lands.
Prowl of the Wild. As an action, you can activate the hat's magic, granting you fox like attributes and appearance:
- your movement speed increases by 5 feet.
- +2 bonus to Dexterity.
- +2 bonus to Wisdom.
- -2 to Intelligence.
- you superficially gain the features of a fox, long thin whiskers, slightly elongated eyes and a tail.
- your fox like appearance causes unease, giving you disadvantage on Charisma checks when interacting with others.
To revert to your normal form, you must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw. If you fail, you can repeat the saving throw after a long rest.
