I'm thinking Holly gets close and physical and uses the inevitability of Jill's female future and their lovemaking to further coerce Jill to feminize in both mind and body, Whether time, circumstance or being pounded by Mason ultimately switch Jill's gender identity is all down to you our dear Emory. :))
