Infinity 236: The Unbeatable Sacrifice

Pyramid, a strange device is right in front of him. The man in black returned with the bracelet and used it to open the dusty door.

Arnold looked at the statue in front of him and ordered his men, "Put the bracelet in."

This passage happened to be an area where a person's arm could pass through. If you want to put the bracelet in, you can only wear the bracelet and then put your arm in.

After hesitating for a moment, the man in black did as he was told, put on the bracelet, and then put his arm in. Soon, something like a magnet attracted his arm, click! The door opened. At the same time, a large number of the Death God Hell Legion with human bodies and dog heads appeared outside the desert. They were a black mass and were half-crouching on the ground. They had not yet woken up, but were just summoned. Only when the Scorpion King wakes up will they wake up.

The Reincarnators quickly discovered this problem, and the Knights' leader led his men to the desert oasis, using it to form a simple defense. "You idiots, what have you done?"

"It wasn't us. Someone activated the Scorpion King's wrist, and O'Connor, wearing it, was robbed, and his wrist was stolen!" a Reincarnator explained, claiming they were not to blame.

Both sides hurriedly constructed a defense. The Reincarnators' mission was to kill a sufficient number of the Death Army. Once they did, they would complete their mission.

"Brothers, they haven't awakened yet. Why don't we just charge out!" a squad leader suggested. Rather than passively taking a beating, it was better to attack proactively!

"That makes sense. Let's charge out!" the bespectacled man agreed. They were going to die anyway, so why not take the initiative?

The Knights watched coldly, using the supplies they had to construct a simple defense. While it couldn't stop the Death Army, it would at least give them a much better chance of survival in the upcoming battle.

Inside the tomb, the man in black tried to free his hand, but it seemed to be stuck. No matter how hard he pulled, he couldn't get it free. He looked at the boss, who was about to leave, and said, "Boss, my hand's stuck! Aaaah!"

A sharp sound of flesh being pulled apart was heard. The man in black pulled his hand out again, and his entire arm was reduced to white bones, without even a shred of flesh left. It had been completely devoured, and blood continued to flow from the severed arm.

Arnold frowned. "Medic, go bandage him. You wait here. The rest of you, follow me in and take care of the Scorpion King. We can heal him back in the space. Don't worry."

As the flesh was devoured, the watch was transported to a box in the pyramid, awaiting its next opening.

Outside the oasis, the soldiers with humanoid, dog-like heads began to awaken, their ferocious eyes opening, and they held long-handled, double-headed sickles, perfectly suited for combat.

"Fire Style, Great Fireball Technique!"

"Wind Style, Suppression!"

"Death Thrust!"

The second-stage Samsaras who launched the first attack were incredibly powerful, practically shattering the gravel-like Death Guards with a single blow. It didn't seem difficult; with full force, they were practically guaranteed to kill with one strike.

Meanwhile, the dog-headed army also launched a counterattack. This group was only the vanguard, numbering around eight thousand. A thousand were wiped out in a single encounter, leaving the remaining seven thousand soldiers immediately locked in a fierce battle with the Samsaras.

There was no need to shoot from behind now; facing such ferocious monsters, the slightest mistake could mean death.

"Ah!" As a Samsarasama blew away a Death Guard's dog-head, a dog-headed soldier behind him chopped him in half, practically killing him instantly with a single blow! His upper body fell to the desert, eroded by the power of death, quickly draining his health!

Both sides possessed the power to kill with a single strike; the competition came down to who possessed superior skill!

Amidst the chaotic battle on the battlefield, a figure appeared from the tomb. High Priest Immertep stood in the center, seemingly appearing out of thin air. In front of him stood Chen Luo, dressed in casual clothes, opening a box and retrieving the Ancient God's Bracelet. "You deserve to die!"

Chen Luo turned to look at Immertep, a hint of disdain etched on his lips. "You're here after all, haha. But I'm no match for you. Defeat the Scorpion King, then you'll have the right to speak to me."

"You're bullshitting!" Immertep snorted with a sinister grin, summoning a swarm of man-eating beetles. "You'll die, you'll die!"

Chen Luo waved his hand, a longsword materializing in his hand. He unleashed a flash attack, his entire body flashing in and out of existence. The beetles in the tomb exploded upon being struck, the explosions setting off a chain reaction that caught the slain beetles, sending a cascade of explosions that were impossible to control.

In an instant, in less than a second, the room was completely empty of the man-eating beetles. Only Immertep stood there, stunned, a delicate blade pressed against his neck. "If you don't go, the Scorpion King will be killed by someone else, and you won't have a chance. Also, I want to tell you, Rice is indeed the reincarnation of Ansu-nam. I fucked her on the airship and came all inside her!"

"You bastard!" Immertep's fury was forcibly silenced by the coldness on his neck. He even felt a sense of defeat, no match for the man before him. Hearing his beloved's reincarnation being creampied without a condom was something no man could endure.

"Get lost, I'm not interested in weaklings." Chen Luo sneered, sheathed the blade, and exited the tomb. This was a borrowed knife tactic—a good opportunity to observe the capabilities of the stowaways and gather some intelligence. There must be an organization behind these people. The next goal, then, would undoubtedly be to confront them.

Imhotep glared at Chen Luo with resentment. He could only go to the Scorpion King's tomb, try to defeat him, seize control of the Lost Hell Legion, and then kill this abominable beast!

The pyramid began to tremble, revealing a vast hall filled with gaping abysses. Countless arms waved on either side of the abyss, as if trying to grab those who fell and pull them into the endless abyss!
