Sometimes, fans are so dramatic that everything that is 'bad' happening to their favorites are considered 'mistreatment' by the company which sometimes irks me a bit, especially when you know how the industry works in real life. Baekhyun (who is literally in lawsuits with SM right now) even once mentioned that "SM isn't really a bad company" in one of his PERSONAL live, meaning he DID have a good time there but clearly, not everything is rainbow lol. But damn people really have to understand and remind themselves that you as a fan will always don't know what happened behind the scene and what the idol/artist feels personally. I'm actually glad that KAI reveal a lil bit of how SM works behind the scenes so more fans can understand but fans will always be fans (i also bashed SM a lot sometimes lol).
