You asked about Finch's company... The name of the company is IFT. It was started and co-owned by Harold and Nathan. If you remember from the last episode. Will (Nathan's son) says his dad left him half of the company. He and everyone else is unaware that Harold owns the other half. In the second episode of the season where Reese tracks down where Harold works, that is IFT.

(I guess the downside of the opening cast credits is losing the surprise.) POI is so good at taking a case of the week and then turning it into something more far-reaching by the end.
