I love how the characters' designs translate into human form. They look exactly how I'd imagine them to be and how they would look if they were humans. I always read Steban with a slight Western accent, so Aussie never occurred to me! It's fascinating. I love the idea of how purebred dogs are viewed more positively by society than mixed-bred dogs, how there's some prejudice and bias going around. I loved hearing more about Delilah's backstory, and I hope to hear more in the comic later. She kinda reminds me a bit of my own half-Border Collie character Talya Carter (but with Talie, she's bullied for looking like an albino due to her pure-white fur and blue eyes, because albino collies end up being born deaf and/or blind). xD Sad to hear how Deli had to tape her ears to keep them upright to fit in and look like a husky. I'm looking forward to seeing Steban and Martin meet her in the future!

2024-09-06 12:40:25 +0000 UTCThank you so much for this Q&A absolutely loved this one โบ๏ธ Hahahahahhaha I knew that Steban had a mix of Aussie accent in him and Martinโs accent somewhere around British would suit him ๐ Ahhhhhhhh yes I had a feeling that it would not be the last time we would see Solomon and Rocco I think they make perfect partners in crime. Wow thatโs actually really interesting getting to know what they did in the last together Solomon seems to have a lot of potential shame he decided to go on the path he is now hopefully he can see through and change and make better of himself would love to see that as he is the intelligent type and has so much potential. Loved seeing them as human characters that was pretty cool โบ๏ธโบ๏ธโบ๏ธ

Your human designs for everyone is right on point and I loved every single one of them! Wouldn't have imagined them any other way! Whether dogs or not, your characters are always fantastic to look at, and that's all the more reason I look forward to seeing more interactions between everyone. :D

I always knew that Solomon and Rocco would be planning their escape! ๐ You just know those two would have to be up to something, and I've always known that we'd be seeing them again at some point! You can tell their role in the story just has to be bigger than what we've seen so far ๐ Your response to Zac's question was so much fun! I just love how well you translated the characters' designs into human form! Even without any reference to their canine designs, I can still easily tell who each of them are. Their human designs fit them so well, and it's just such a cool thing to see! I'm not sure how to describe it, but I think that somehow, seeing the characters in human form adds some depth to how I visualize them in my mind. I especially loved Marsha, Delilah, Chase, and the Devil! You say humans aren't your strong point, and I'm not entirely sure I understand what you mean by that, because for what it's worth I'm super impressed and I think you drew them all extremely well! ๐

2024-09-04 12:12:27 +0000 UTCGonna already have tiny theory that Rocco and Solomon might indeed escape and might at least atempt join in the scorpions like it was mentioned at the start and like Steban tried to pretend to be them. That Deli backstory was really interesting... and the taping the ears is kinda reverse how with collies you would try taping them down (my boy Luka always managed to ripp the taoe of so I just gave up)
