PLUS Strength Fitness Off Skates - (MAY Week 3)

Welcome to strength week where we focus on our fitness and drills to help us to develop and progress as skaters and more specifically, continue to unlock the techniques and skills we’ve been working on throughout the month!

In this fitness class, we get our endorphins flowing and today is our first strength session off of skates and I have to say, I actually really enjoyed it but I’d love to know what you thought in the comments below! Would you like more strength classes to be off skates so that we’re able to do more or do you like the mix of both on and off, let me know :)
