The Tom Selleck looking guy is Matthew Morrison. He played the music teacher in the TV show Glee. I actually forgot about some of these plot twists. You appear to be right. Montana is actually "...fucking Richard Ramirez" (20:24). I like how you figured out why Ray checked that dead guy's pulse in a previous episode; I didn't catch that. I think that frat guy's death, falling down stairs, might be based on a true hazing event. Don't quote me on that though.
