Google a photo of Stevie Nicks from the 70’s and you’ll see you are correct. Misty’s character looks very much like a young Stevie Nicks. It was obviously intentional. Stevie was accused of being a witch back in the 70’s.

2024-03-24 06:16:12 +0000 UTCIf you haven't seen the show Penny Dreadful I think you would absolutely love it, it's right up your street I feel, very dark and spooky, super interesting characters (Dorian Gray and Frankenstein to mention just two) and incredible actors! Would make a perfect substitute for when you finish AHS :)

Super sad about Nan for sure, she was awesome in this episode especially. Not sure if you clocked it, but Papa Legba was played by the late Lance Reddick :)

2024-03-23 15:00:43 +0000 UTCStevie wrote the song Rhiannon after the character of a witch she read about in a book, later turned out that witch and the lyrics she wrote linked back to the story of a Welsh myth of the Goddess Rhiannon. People throughout the years have always claimed she was a white witch, because of the way she dressed and performed, almost like you cannot look away from her, Stevie herself confirmed she wasn’t a practising witch, but defo played into all, so it was amazing that did this cameo. This was actually how I first discovered her 11 years ago and I’m so thankful she’s now one of my favourite artists of all time and I’m seeing her in concert this summer, all stemming back to this episode!

2024-03-23 04:41:21 +0000 UTCPapa legba is a Gate keeper of hell, he’s not the satan, satan is papa legba’s boss lol anyways, I suggest you skip season 7 because it’s very bias politically and have the worst storyline, Evan Peters great acting is the only good thing about season 7 and also I’d recommend not watching anymore seasons after season 8.
