If you liked this you should watch amistad is a movie about a courtroom battle in American in the 1840s over slavery. Djimon is the lead in that, think he was nominated for an Oscar for it. as well along with Anthony Hopkins, Matthew mcconaughey, directed by Steven Spielberg very underrated and a great historical film. Slaves from Sierra Leone were illegally transported to Cuba to be sold and they staged a mutiny and killed their captors and they movie is their trial when some are trying to free them, some are trying to say they belong to Cuba, some say they belong to Spain. Etc It’s a great one.
