VIDEO REWARD: Perspective Tools in Photoshop

Hey folks! For November, here's a bonus reward: a talk through tutorial on how to use a set of scripts called Perspective Tools for Photoshop CC that finds and creates perspective grids for you in existing images AND warps things in perspective with literally four clicks of your mouse. This script has been a GODSEND, and it makes my workflow for complicated 3-point perspective drawings SO FAST.

I've used Perspective Tools extensively in previous work (Bats in the Ring, Terry in Neo-Gotham, etc) so I thought I would share a brief overview of how to use it, and then how I employed it to create the background for Intromission!

Some quick disclaimers -- this is NOT a tutorial on perspective, and nor is it a tutorial on how to draw in perspective. This video assumes you are familiar with the basic concepts of perspective (vanishing points, horizon lines, perspective lines, etc). If you're not familiar with those concepts yet, here is my  FAVORITE tutorial on perspective. It both explains what perspective is, how it works, when to employ the different types of perspective (1-point, 2-point, 3-point), and an alternate method of creating a perspective grid in Photoshop: Perspective Drawing in Photoshop by BaM Animation 

Also, I say it approximately 12 million times in my video, but I'm fairly certain everything I do in my video is possible to do in CSP at no additional cost. However, I'll reiterate one final time: the intuitiveness and ease of use of Perspective Tools v2 is so much easier for me to use and I just really love it for background work!
