Laboratory scene with a captured Latias, a legendary Pokémon in its magical human form together with her friend Bianca, who also got caught by Team Rocket goons. Their recruited mad scientists will conduct experiments on both. I want to draw more of them both, probably with Latias in her form that resembles Kanon like in the movie.
This artworks has two versions: One with and one without eye light.
