I think it's fair to set a day for the next update, and after thinking about it, I decided on it. I think keep saying soon over and over again was tiring for everyone. I know that most may have wanted it to be sooner, including me, but I think it's better to stop the uncertainty of when the update is supposed to come.

Some people may wonder why it is taking too long but it's just several reasons that I can't really point something in particular, like attempts to do something and failed, did something and wanted more of it, tweaking stuff, a lot of planning, the scope of the update, burning out, RL, etc I guess nothing actually "rare". Well, I guess it could be said that the special "situation" in this update was also Immersive Wenches update.

Nothing about what I said about the update in the last posts has changed. I guess I have to admit one thing, and that is that I really underestimate how much it would take to set the stuff related to the true selves. The good thing is that it is working pretty much how I wanted, and I think it could become one of the main aspects of the mod.

The true selves give options for the player, but they also work as a way for the wenches to react in different ways to the player. This should be something added to most interactions with the wenches if possible.

As mentioned in other posts, these kinds of options can make available more "situations" not exactly related to quests or specific objectives, but just ways to trigger other stuff. I think this makes wenches more "alive" since they can react according to that too.

I think I didn't mention this in the previous posts. Several quests/NPCs from old versions will change, too. The main quest won't be the same. It's not just making things short or less tedious, it won't work as before at all.

Making the mod more "immersive" is also a focus in the next update, NPCs or Yuriana reacting to different things really makes things better, even a couple of dialogues in a specific location or situation improve everything.

This update is pretty much changing the base of the mod and most things on it. Before the updates were more about adding one quests after another or make quests like Ethel's quest that were not dependant exactly on anything other that itself, but even Ethel's quest should be improved with the true selves options, it won't be for this update though, I'm just mentioning that even Ethel's quest has room to improve and I would like to do that, and that's actually a good example about the idea of this update which is being able to update several stuff in a more specific way so the updates don't take that long.

In any case, the main idea of this post was to set the date of the update so people can expect when it will come :P

I would like to also mention some other stuff:

Immersive Wenches 2.0.1

I'm really happy how it is working now, before the wenches were more just eyecandy, but now I think the word "Immersive" is somewhat deserved :P
Since Yuriana mod will work as a patch for IW the wenches here will also change, in a way it's adding more buxom wenches but it wont work as in the current Yuriana beta where all are buxom, I think the balance of having 1 or 2 buxom wenches per city works better, still, I think a patch to make all buxom could still be a thing but I won't do that for the next update.

In the changelog on Nexus I added a part mentioning the plans for the mod since I didn't make a post about this but there are still several things to improve too.

Since the mod is a master of Yuriana mod now. I was thinking that maybe some buxom wenches from Yuriana could start working as tavern wenches if asked, like Cathryne getting the dialogues they have, stuff like that, technically anything in IW can be used for Yuriana mod, and the scenes can be used for buxom wenches too.
I'm planning to add more "personalities/traits" to IW so the working tavern wenches could say more unique things according to that, for example a slut tavern wench like Cathryne should be more bold or even vulgar when she is flirting. This is more for future updates for IW, but I just wanted to mention that this also can be used for the buxom wenches. In my point of view everything in immersive wenches is part of Yuriana mod now. I guess with Yuriana update I will talk more about this.

Oblivion Remastered Wenches?

So I tried Oblivion Remastered briefly when it came out, checking if it could be modded and as expected, there are still several things that are limited to make custom npcs. I dunno if that's possible now, but since there are still several things to do with Yuriana mod, like everyone, I will just wait for better modding tools, who knows, maybe even Bethesda could release something. I would like to make something since I believe Bethesda will make even more remasters like FO3, and I bet Skyrim Remastered could be a thing.

So, for the people who asked if I would add wenches to Oblivion remastered at some point, yes, I would like to. I even thought about making the mod for old Oblivion since that could be a good base to start. In any case, as mentioned, I'm waiting like everyone else.

More Buxom Female NPCs Replacers

This is something that was mentioned since it was a good way to have something new while there was an update. One thing I wondered is if this should still be a pack or the replacers could be independent of each other, so people can choose what to use. Maybe setting them as .esl is enough instead of merging them.

I guess Serana and/or Elisif could be standalone since they have a lot of replacers. In any case, let me know what you think; maybe making them modular is the best option to deal with possible conflicts.

I have some stories planned, or maybe a new wench replacer could be made, what do you think?
At least what is certain now is that the countdown has started... no more soontm.

i just finished the main quest for this mod and i was blown away by how big and fleshed out it was. really excited for more!

I am thinking that maybe holding off and trying to do anything to the remaster of Oblivion (in Unreal) and wait till Skyblivion comes out and maybe add some adjacent wenches and quests for that expansion, sticking to *sigh* Creation Kit and Skyrim's framework... ...as for writing, if you need any help in that area, although I am working on my game, I would be open to helping out in that department if you'd like.

Appreciate the update, you work too hard Koz. I understand the burn out, been there. Even if you don't make it on the 15th I'm not mad at you. Your mods are undergoing perfection and waiting is worth it.
