HOTEL LEX - FLOOR 2 (5/?)

You decide cutting through the hotel pool would be the best bet. You pull on the door but it doesn't budge. You pause for just a second to recall normalcy in hotels and pull out your keycard. With a swipe, the door pops open. You enter and hold the door behind you for the bunny but- SLAM, the door forces close before your fluffy companion could enter.

A monotone voice from a speaker above says, "ONE PERSON PER KEYCARD ONLY."

You try and force the door open but an invisible force holds it closed. You peer over at the bunny through the tinted glass. "S-S-Shoot! I-I-I don't have my keycard!" exclaims the bunny in a panic. He digs through his pockets but turns out nothing.

Stuck and unsure of what to do, the bunny looks up. "I-I-I'll have to find a-another way then! G-g-good luck." Without missing a beat, he turns and scurries off into the darkness leaving you behind. You didn't even have time to ask for his name.

You turn around, the silence replaced now by a low hum from the lights overhead. The soft rug has now turned into glossy white and grey tiles. You can't go back so you move forward into the unknown. You turn the corner to find a door to the lockers. This time, no keycard is required and the door swings open. You trek inside and find rows and rows of lockers, more than there had any business being. You shuffle along the rows of metal cupboards until something catches your eye. Amongst the rows of grey highlights a locker in bright pink. You walk over and observe the locker for any abnormalities before popping it open. Inside, on a stack of neatly folded towels, is a note that reads 'you'll need this.'

Inside are a pair of wet swimming trunks, some kind of body lotion and a towel.

You are concerned by the origin of these items and how they came into your possession. The ominous message seems to resonate with you and you can't shake the feeling of unease. You pick up the items and hold on to them for now.
