The film fell through and was never created so he decided to write her in as Arts arch nemesis after people complained that the first terrifier film lacked a narrative or character depth. So this female heroine dressed as an angel became Sienna in the second film. Also this film had the biggest budget of the three they tried to collect $50 thousand dollars for production and ended up raising $250 thousand. It ended up making millions of dollars in the box office worldwide and the fourth film which is now in preproduction should have a huge budget.
