Yeah, I've never understood the whole "Khan's son" theory because Joachim is about 30, way too old to be the son of Khan and McGivers. At the same time, he's too young to have been one of the "young supermen" on the sleeper ship 15 years earlier, so he really shouldn't exist at all.
