INVINCIBLE Season 1 Thoughts & Season 2 Expectations

I like Invincible a lot. It is much better at being an edgier superhero show than the Boys or other ones. An integral part of the show though is the gore, the death, and the language. I do not agree that they play that down. It is a hit show partially because of the gore, etc. Also, some of its charm is that it is derivative of other superhero comics and teams. The Guardians of the globe was obviously a takeoff of the Justice League with a more Marvel sounding name. They even have a Batman and a Wonder Woman. But that makes it special in a way. Oh, this is the Hulk for this universe or the Thanos, etc. I like the show because certain Hollywood studios have not been injecting it with their rubbish. Marvel had a great cartoon right as the Marvel Universe was very popular, but they cancelled it because it was too much like the comics and not enough like the MCU. They replaced the show with rubbish. You can find a good Kang the conqueror on that show. But anyways Invincible is great. I am not sure where the second season is going exactly. It is good but they have many storylines going on right now. I am not sure which will be the main one for the season.
