I thought the same thing!

Yes it does have some similarities to TMP. It’s a shame that Landau was not in TNG as a guest actor, he was in his absolute thespian prime during those years. Wasn’t he considered for Spock or is that a false memory I have?

Paul Rymer

For the record, Walter Koenig's name is pronounced "Kay-nig". He was a guest at the one ST convention I went to in the late 70s and that's how he pronounced it himself.

KatWithAttitude

Ohh Sliders! Absolutely worth a watch!

Bret Kay

Weed was actually just legalized in Ohio last month, but neither of us partake. Appreciate the thought tho!

Josh (Target Audience)

I want to send you guys something, but I don't know if weed is legal in your state...

StonyD

Shout out to the USPS for hosting this special video... P.S. Those STIII glasses are BOSS!!

SLIDERS: That is one "interesting" series (the premise is fascinating). At least 2 cast members were ALSO in Star Trek. Jerry O'Connell CURRENTLY portrays First Officer Jack Ransom, of the USS Cerritos, in Star Trek: Lower Decks (another ST animated series). * John Rhys-Davies, besides being seen in the Indiana Jones films, portrayed holodeck character Leonardo DaVinci in Star Trek: Voyager - in multiple episodes (a reoccurring character in that series). *Another tid-bit about O'Connell: he co-starred with Wil Wheaton (TNG's Wesley Crusher) in the movie "Stand By Me" - when they were both REALLY young. Finally, here's to keeping things in the Family: Jerry O'Connell's real-life wife, Rebecca Romijn (pronounced Ro-MAIN), known for playing "Mystique" in the original trilogy of the X-Men film series, portrays First Officer Una-Chin-Riley (Captain Pike's "Number One") in ST: Strange New Worlds (live action 'Trek; currently filming in Toronto).

I'm an idiot and thought that by glasses you meant eyeglasses, and after you showed them off I was still waiting to see the glasses

Hey guys, I'm glad you liked the pics. I did throw in the pics of Loki & She-Hulk because I saw you mention having seen them before. There should be 2 of everything in there....if not then draw straws maybe. LOL You now have Autographed pics of all your Fav TOS Crew except Scotty, McCoy & Sulu sorry. They would look great on a wall and I hope you enjoy showing them off. It's a shame you didn't get more Packages in the mail than just 4! Unless you got more and are going to show them in the Next Unboxing vid. Hey Alex now you have an Auto pic to go next to your pic with Shatner! 😁🖖

Duane Chancey

Wait till they see the episodes he directed. Especially his directorial debut, which I can’t spoil. Sad episode, but one of the best!

That show reminded me of the esthetic of Star Trek:TMP. Also Andromeda Strain, which coincidently was directed by Bob Wise, and same cinematopgrapher. I always wondered why Andromeda Strain looked and felt so much like TMP. But you probably already knew this. 😊

I’ve heard about this game before. Seems interesting but idk if text-based would be immersive enough for me personally. Might try it out eventually

Josh (Target Audience)

There's something so entertaining about two fans of Jonathan Frakes who DIDN'T watch TNG. He'd probably be surprised by that.

Joe Concepts

Alex, next time you bleach your hair, I expect some facepaint! Hehe I was not happy when Vince bought WCW, and burried those guys! BTW, check out the game Total Extreme Wrestling 2020. Its mostly a text-based game where you manage/own a wrestling company. Its freakin’ in depth! If you like management sims, its for you! Its $34.99 at Grey Dog Software. Sorry to get off-topic.

Space 1999 is superb and a good companion to TOS. It has several cast that crossover with TOS in guest roles. Great production design and SFX, plus top directing talent of the time.

Paul Rymer

Sliders is a great series. There some unusual guest appearances including roger daltry from the who.

Thicketdweller

That’s great to know, thanks!

Josh (Target Audience)

Sting is a legend for sure!

Josh (Target Audience)

Those glasses are awesome. The artwork is very durable. I've used a set for several years and they've survived the dishwasher.

Jerry Brace - Embraceware

Sliders was a great show! You guys would love it! Really cool concept. My gavorite wrestler of all time was Sting. I was big into WCW in the NWO era.
