Hi everyone!
I am happy to say I am just about finished with a rough version of the sub path. There is one more scene I want to add, but this may come after the Test Version is out. It will depend how long I take on the dom path.
I have a bit more to wrap up on my last sub scene I am working on, but I am definitely done with it pretty soon. I was hoping to get this done by November 1st, so I am a few days behind, but not too much. I am confident I am getting out the Test Version by the end of this month as I know what I want to do with the dom path much more clearly for this last part.
Remember that I said the dom path is slightly shorter for Part 2 and slightly longer in Part 3 compared to the sub path. This is kind of by design because of how I am doing the overall timeline.
My plan for this week might change depending how I feel and what I want to do:
1) I just shift immediately to the dom path and write/render and ignore the sub path to get a mental break from it.
2) I might just go right to editing/testing the sub path since it's more or less done this week, and try and edit/tweak it a lot so I can kind of get it done and concentrate on only the dom path after that process.
I don't know which I will focus on but expect lighter render count this week if I do # 2 and more renders if I do # 1, but the overall workload will be about the same anyway. I'd have to do both eventually with the same time commitments.
I know I am not responding well to messages but I will be better soon :)
I am also being careful not to spoil a few things even from the pics above here.
Sorry for keeping these updates a bit shorter and less verbose, but I want to get back to working on the game and am trying really hard to get it all out :)
Major change: Sub Path 1,818 --> 1,970 (+152 renders)
Overall renders: 3,692 --> 3,844 renders
Safe to say I will end up crossing 4,000 renders with dom path work, which I did not expect but it's turning out that way. (I was guessing 3,600-3,700 a month ago)
Please remember that starting now (November 1), the Patreon app on APPLE products only is going to cost more to account for the Apple fees required for the Patreon site iself. Patreon had to do this at Apple's "request" (ok demand maybe lol) so please sign up for this and any other page on Patreon through another method to save some money as this will kind of apply to almost every Patreon page.
Renewals for the site will also now happen on an every 30 days cycle versus always being billed on the 1st. So what this means practically is that you don't have to stress about signing up late in a month and then worrying about a "double" quick bill on the 1st again of the next month.
Please have a great week!
Love,
Tess
