The psychiatrist is so bizarre. It's not abnormal for a brother and sister to have a strong bond. That she makes it weird, and emphasizes that they aren't bio related seems extremely biased. Deb was a baby when Dexter came into the home as a toddler... him being her brother is all she's ever known.
