I agree that Deb was rude to Jamie on the phone. But it's also not the young nanny's place to chastise a close relative, who lived in the home. I wouldn't dare talk to an employer's sister like that unless it was beyond egregious. Probably speak to the employer first. And it's funny because until recently, Dexter was telling Harrison bedtime stories of his kills, and leaving stuff around also. Jamie just doesn't know that.
