This and the Robin Williams version (and the animated series) are actually based on a children's book from the '80s - I remember the school librarian reading it to us in 1st grade or something.

2023-11-26 15:31:30 +0000 UTCRob, You've seen "the girl" plenty, she's Karen Gillan, Nebula in the MCU (Guardians of the Galaxy, etc), albeit with a bald head. She was also Amy Pond in Doctor Who but also played a smaller character in an earlier story in Pompeii. Colin Hanks is also Tom Hanks' son.
