Quiet Place 2

Believe when I say I have never ever been immersed in a movie like this, this movie is spectacular. I kinda wished ya'll could time travel back in time to see this movie in theaters because for the first time in my life nobody made a sound in the theater. The whole theater was scared to breathe because it would make to much noise, everyone muffled their mouths when they getting ready to scream at the intense scene. I didn't know anything about this movie at the time, so I was surprised how much I was engaged from start to finish. I was so invested I've done research on behind the scenes, I don't even do research on my favorite movies. So that speaks volumes on how im obsessed with this film. On the scale from 1 to 10 I'll it a 50. A quiet place can take all of my money it's so good.

Time to see Quiet Place 2 now

kimburley

Ooh tremors is a good one Rob, you should do a video on that, or at least get Trin to watch it.

Kamanda Hickey

It's one these movie, you know it's gonna be very good in the first 5 minutes.

Kamanda Hickey

They'll definitely do the sequel. Very good film! Very good director & cast!

Zreston Costello

You need to see the sequel, I think it's even better!

Jacqui O'Brien

Hope you do the sequel

Jenny Lee Villanueva

That's amazing. I'm trying to get my job to offer the course. Since they do more than 10 languages courses.

Huh, I never really thought about it before, but I think I didn't question whether it was sci-fi or not, but I did know it was horror, for sure. Definitely watch the 2nd one, when you have the chance. Teenagers never understand the stress their parents are under (also IRL), even when they see it happening in front of their eyes. So, the girl didn't understand her father going thru grief, stress of keeping the rest of his family alive, figuring out how to make his daughter hear better; the baby on the way...and so on, and so forth. She just understood her own grief & guilt (as she felt it), and her own lack of love for herself. Very sad that it took her father's sacrifice to literally see it. Man, I have got to watch The Office. My son keeps telling me the same thing about making it thru the first season, then I'll love it, but I can't seem to get pass the 2nd episode. So cringey. I work in an office, and some of the things just makes my stomach hurt from wanting to smack Steve Carell's character. And I love Steve Carell, so that makes it even worse. Gonna try again, tho.

It must have been refreshing to be able to react without worrying about talking over any important information. Please do the sequel at some stage too ;)

Heck yes! Such a good movie and another top quality reaction! You guys should check out BirdBox. (With Sandra Bullock) it's similar to this movie except it touches on what happens if you aren't allowed to see the aliens - instead of making sound.

James Hickmott

Yes I agree! The sequel was really well done and basically picks right up off where it ended so if you feel like there wasn't an ending then watch part 2!

Angelina Sargent

Excellent movie! As someone who knows ASL, body language and facial expressions play a big part in communicating and I can see why the daughter misread her father and thought she wasn't loved as much by him. Plus as Trin stated teenage years are awkward as well.

Anthony Ancona

Rob / Trin - if you ever feel like watching it, the sequel is just as good (if not better) and expands a bit on the lore too.

Chris B

Interesting fact, John Krasinski made sure everyone in the film learned sign language before shooting.

CardboardSpoon

Going barefoot is ridiculous. Why not wrap cloth around the shoes and not risk cutting your feet or catching a cold and sneezing?

Scarlett Monrow

An interesting movie if you turn off logic and common sense. But, to be honest, that's what you have to do for most people. If things were logical, movies would end very quickly.

Scarlett Monrow

Awesome! This was one of my favorite movie theater experiences ever. Going in, no one really knew what to expect. But after that first scene happened, people were SILENT in the theater. No one wanted to take a drink, or eat popcorn. It was SILENT. Such a great and tense movie.
